What is MineyMap?
MineyMap is a map viewer and companion app for Minecraft (Java & Bedrock). It gives you a detailed view of your world, including biomes, structures and other points of interest, coordinates, custom pins, and your live player position while in game
Does MineyMap support Java and Bedrock?
Yes. MineyMap is designed for both Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock Edition. Support can vary by Minecraft edition
Which Minecraft versions are supported?
MineyMap supports Minecraft Java Edition 1.18 and newer. For Bedrock Edition, MineyMap supports the latest Minecraft release
Can I add my own locations to the map?
Yes. You can create named pins from the desktop map with right-click, or while in game with right-click or CTRL+P
Can I use MineyMap outside the game?
Yes. Use MineyMap as a desktop app, on a second screen for a wide view of your world, or open the in-game mode and minimap while you play. Your map, live position, coordinates, points of interest, and pins stay within reach in either mode
Which Minecraft worlds can I explore?
MineyMap supports Java and Bedrock worlds across multiple Minecraft versions. Java multiplayer worlds can be mapped by entering the world seed manually. Bedrock multiplayer is not supported yet, but support is coming soon. Terrain-changing mods and custom-built terrain are not currently supported
Is multiplayer supported?
Java multiplayer worlds are supported when you manually enter the world seed. Bedrock multiplayer is not supported yet, but it will be added soon
Which dimensions are supported?
MineyMap supports the Overworld, The Nether, and The End in both Java Edition and Bedrock Edition
Is 3D mode available?
3D mode is available for Java Edition singleplayer worlds. It is not currently available for Bedrock Edition
Can I control which points of interest are shown?
Yes. Points of interest are organized by type, and you can show or hide different POI categories according to your needs
Can I delete pins?
Yes. You can create and name custom pins, then delete saved pins when you no longer need them

Yes. MineyMap is free, and every feature is available without a paywall. An optional subscription removes ads and gives you more room for the map area
Is MineyMap a mod or modpack?
No. MineyMap is a separate overlay app and does not modify or affect your game. It works with vanilla worlds and most modded worlds
Which modloaders are supported?
MineyMap supports Forge, Fabric, NeoForge, Quilt, and OptiFine
Are mods, addons, and Marketplace worlds supported?
Most Java mods and many Bedrock addons and Marketplace worlds are supported. Mods or addons that change world generation may cause the world in Minecraft to differ from the map MineyMap displays
Do I need to install MineyMap separately for different editions or modpacks?
No. You only need to install MineyMap once. It automatically runs alongside Minecraft and detects supported Java and Bedrock editions, including vanilla installations and most modpacks
Which Minecraft launchers are supported?
MineyMap supports all popular Java launchers except Badlion and LabyMod. Bedrock Edition currently requires the official Minecraft Launcher
Is MineyMap an overlay app?
Yes. MineyMap is an overlay app powered by the Overwolf platform. It can be displayed on top of Minecraft while you play, or used as a desktop app on another screen
Can I uninstall MineyMap?
Of course. You can uninstall MineyMap like any other Windows app or through the Overwolf Appstore. If you reinstall it later, previously saved data such as your pins will no longer be available
